The Native Students Union Council and members acknowledge with respect that the University of Victoria resides on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish and Straits Salish Peoples.

O Si'em na Si'aya. We raise our hands to the Elders and Chiefs of these territories where we are guests. In a good way, we thank our host nations of the Greater Victoria area.
